Our Policies

SPEED LIMIT - 5 mph. Please watch for children. No motorbike operation on resort premises.

CHILDREN - (under 14) Must be supervised by a competent adult at all times -- including at the restrooms, pool and buildings. Parents: you are responsible for any damage done by your children! Camp kitchen is not a playground.

PARKING - One sleeping unit per space, one motor vehicle per space (except tag cars). No on-site vehicle repairs or oil changes, driving through laws or parking on grass. NO STREET PARKING (fire code prohibits this). Pull-through's are angled for easy parking. Enter and exit appropriately.

RESTROOMS - Open always except for cleaning between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Please report any unsatisfactory conditions to office. No washing of dishes or clothing in the restrooms. A camper kitchen is provided for washing dishes and is located in front of the camping cabins. Please secure restroom back door at night. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult after dark.

LAUNDRY - Located in Club House. Please stay with clothes being laundered and remove them promptly. Please remove mud or sand before bringing clothes to laundry room. No hanging laundry on premises. No washing pets, children, dishes or cleaning fish in laundry tub.

PETS - On leash with human. Exercise ONLY in pet area. Clean up after your pet immediately, whenever they foul! Do not tie them to property, and KEEP THEM QUIET.

VISITORS - Our rates are based on a number of people in your party. If you plan on having guests, there is an extra charge per person.

FIRES - Build fires only in provided fire rings and do not remove the rings. Fires must be extinguished before retiring at night. Firewood is available at the office.

CHECKOUT TIME 11 a.m. - Please check in at registration desk by 10 a.m. if you anticipate staying longer. Your present site may have been reserved previous to your stay.

QUIET TIME 10 p.m. till 7 a.m. - CURFEW FOR CHILDREN IS HALF HOUR AFTER DARK!

STORE HOURS - Sees store window for seasonal hours.

SITES - Please keep your site clean and free of debris.

POOL - Please read and observe poolside rules. Please no diapers in the pool. No alcohol in the pool area. Infants must wear swimmers approved for public pools. Adult supervision required with children under 14. Pool is for guests only. No running and jumping into pool. No glass. No cut offs or street clothes. No THONG style swimsuits. Please secure long hair in a ponytail.

SEWER CONNECTION - Must meet with health-code requirements (45° angle connector and/or "do-nut" a connection).

PLEASE RESPECT OTHER CAMPERS BY NOT WALKING THROUGH THEIR SITE

THE MANAGEMENT - reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and number of persons or vehicles per site. Employees are not allowed to work on guest RVs. Failure to comply with rules can result in immediate eviction without refund.

WARNING - We are located next to a mill. Please do not cross fence or allow children near mill. Please respect other fence lines and property boundaries. Do not trespass on private land.
