Nightly stay park policies and regulations

Looking for monthly park policies and regulations?

WELCOME TO FOSTER LAKE RV RESORT!

We are excited that you have decided to stay with use either as a camper or extended stay guest

Please make yourself at home and enjoy a peaceful, fun and relaxing stay.

 

The following apply to all nightly stay guests:

GENERAL PARK POLICIES

Quiet time in the park is between the hours of 10:00 PM-7:00 AM

Please respect other guests by not walking through their sites.

 

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH throughout the park. Please watch out for children.

Please be noise sensitive: LOUD music and/or LOUD gatherings are prohibited. Please be considerate of others by limiting your cell phone usage in common areas.

Parking is limited to (1) vehicle per RV site. Please do not park on the grass or roadway. Boats and extra vehicles are not to be parked in RV sites.  Only in Parking overflow areas.

For enjoyment and safety reasons we do not allow motorcycles, motorbikes, motorized scooters, ATV operation, or any other motorized vehicle or toys within the park premises. Mechanical repairs of your vehicle or RV are not allowed  in the resort.

Due to water usage, we do not allow washing of vehicles, boats or RV’s in the park

We are located next to a lumber mill. The mill runs 24/7 and can be a bit noisy. Please do not cross the fence onto mill property.

Foster Lake RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, damage, or loss to property.

Your credit card will be kept on file in the office. Anyone damaging park property will be responsible for needed repairs according to owner’s assessment and will be billed to your stored credit card.

Smoking is prohibited in buildings, cabins, and pool areas.

 

DRUGS:

Drugs and controlled substances including any form of marijuana whether medical or recreational are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property and cause for immediate eviction without refund. Marijuana is still considered a federally illegal drug.

Fighting and loud abusive language are prohibited and cause for immediate eviction without refund.

The management reserves the right to refuse service/length of stay and or the number of persons and vehicles per site.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date, will receive an 80% refund of the full amount paid. If less than 30 days, a refund in not available. If asked for, a credit may be issued for the amount paid to stay in the park up to a year from the cancellation date. Once in the park we realize there are certain circumstances that dictate that a guest may be required to leave early. The park reserves the right to look at these situations on a case- by- case basis and to determine if a partial refund is appropriate.

 

CHECK IN: 

Check in is at 1:00pm for RV’s and 3:00pm for cabins and suites.

Pick up your check-in envelope on the clipboard by the front door of the office. Your reservation name, RV site #, day coming in and going out, the resort policy and guideline document, a site map, parking pass, code for wifi and door lock code for building entrance (Cabins and Suites only) will be in your envelope.

 

CHECK OUT:

Check out time is 11:00am. If you would like a late checkout, there is a charge of $25.00 to stay until 4:00pm with prior approval from the office at time of check in.

 

CHILDREN:

We are a family friendly park and welcome respectful and well- behaved children. Our goal is to keep them safe as well as to ensure they are having a good time while they are here.

Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (at least 18 yrs. of age) including the pool area.

Because of the safety issue, remote controlled cars, drones, skateboards, scooters, hover boards or other electronically operated toys are not allowed at the resort.

Please do not ride your bikes, scooters, on any of the sidewalks or in the entrance driveway.

Children are asked not to run through the buildings at any time.

The play areas for children are specifically the volleyball grassy area and the playground.

Children should not be left unattended at any time.

 

PET POLICY:

We are a pet friendly park. All pets must be approved by management. We do not accept exotic pets of any kind Snakes, reptiles, pigs, rabbits, goats, horses, etc. We do not allow any purebred or mixed breeds of the following: Pit Bull (America Terrier, Bull Terrier), Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers in the resort.

Each RV site is permitted two (2) pets (Dogs and/or Cats only).

Please alert us if your pet is a service animal.

Pets (Dogs and Cats) must be kept on short 6’ hand held leash if they are outside your RV. If your pet shows aggression towards another guest or that guest’s pet this can be cause for immediate eviction. Pets cannot be left unattended in your RV, RV site or vehicles at any time.

Please restrain your pet from excessive barking or noise. The noise ordinance says “Dogs that bark cumulatively for more than 10 minutes during any one-hour period is considered a public nuisance.

Pets must use the dog park area and pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately and properly. Please do not let your pet use other campsites for their pet waste needs.

Mobile pet fences are allowed but must be placed in the gravel area to allow for lawn maintenance.

No visitor’s pets are allowed at any time.

 

FIRES:

Fires are restricted to fire rings only. Please extinguish prior to retiring for the night. Your campfire cannot exceed the diameter in width or height of you fire ring. Please make sure your fire rings are placed only in the gravel area and not in the grass.

Do not burn any household trash, diapers, debris, cigarette butts, cans, etc. All disposable garbage must be placed in trash receptacle.

 

SEWER:

Waste of any kind (oil, sewage, Grey water) must be drained into the proper receptacles and disposed of properly. Each RV must have the county approved sewer connection (Required by State of Oregon and Linn County Health Department.) If you do not have the proper sewer connection, they can be purchased either at a hardware stores or locally here at Sweet Home RV Center.

 

HEATED SWIMMING POOL (Seasonal):

Refrain from smoking or vaping around the buildings and in the pool area.

Glass is not permitted in the pool area.

Pets are not allowed inside or directly around the fenced pool area.

We ask that you not bring ice chests and coolers into the pool area.

Food is not allowed in the pool area. There are picnic tables located directly outside the pool area for your food enjoyment. Please    keep all drinks on the tables and not along the edge of the pool.

Please do not drink while in pool or leave your drink on any area of the pool deck.

A trash receptacle is handy for your use.

NOTE:

If an individual or group of individuals has more than 2 pool violations whether written or oral by resort staff, they will be asked to leave the pool and pool area for the rest of that day and possibly permanently.

Our pool rules are attached to this agreement.

 

VISITORS

Here at Foster Lake RV Resort, our goal is to create a fun, pleasant and safe park for all to enjoy. We are here to have a fun time and create great family memories. Therefore, we ask each person individually as well as any visiting guest, to take full responsibility for your behavior and actions. Every effort should be made to conduct yourself with dignity and respect for everyone.

We ask that there be no threats, confrontational behavior to staff or others in the park. If this happens, it will result in an immediate eviction from the resort, without refund.

Visiting guests are not allowed to stay overnight unless approved by Foster Lake RV Resort Staff and a $10.00 fee per person per night will be assessed. If you are a visiting guest, please stop by the office to get your parking pass. Visiting guest must park in parking overflow and not an RV site.

Visiting hours are from 7:00 am and 10:00pm

Our facilities are for Foster Lake RV Resort paying guests only.

Visitors do not have access to the pool, showers, bathrooms, or laundry facilities without special permission from the Foster Lake Staff.

Our showers and restrooms are primarily provided for cabin and studio guests. We ask that RV guest use their own restroom facilities in their RV unit.

 

LAUNDRY:

Check the machine to determine the required laundry soap needed (HE requires liquid pods). You can help us to keep the laundry area neat and clean by making sure you clean the lint traps in the dryers after each use. Please wipe off any dirt or debris from extra soiled clothes from the washing machine.

Do not overload machines. There is NO washing of pet beds, sleeping bags or any other bulky or heavy items.

The laundry sink is for laundry only - no pet baths, fish cleaning etc.

Laundry must be completed and removed from laundry room no later than 15 min prior to posted closing time.

(8:00am-8:00pm)

 

TRASH: The resort provides trash service. We ask that you do not place large items for disposal such as furniture, electronics, TV’s, appliances, oil, auto parts, paint cans, or any trash that does not belong to a paying guest of the resort. The trash is for small household trash only.

 

RECYCLE:

Please break down, and disassemble any boxes, cardboard, or any other item that takes up an enormous amount of room in the recycle receptacle. It really helps the staff and sanitation company.

 

SHOWERS: 

The showers and toilets are for Foster Lake paying cabin and suite guests only.

They are not open to the public and showers cannot be individually purchased. The showers are open from 7:00am-8:00pm.

 

WIFI:

The resort is under contract with Comcast Inc. which provides the basic WIFI. We do not guarantee a consistent strong signal. The resort no longer offers cable TV service.

 

SECURITY AND LIABILITY:

We strive to keep our Resort crime free and safe for all guests. We ask that you be proactive by keeping your RV and vehicles locked and secure when you are not at your site. We also ask that you notify the office immediately should you observe an unusual behavior or traffic in the Resort. If you witness unusual events or consider the situation an emergency, please call 911 immediately, then the office.

Foster Lake RV Resort and Staff are not responsible for any damage to your RV unit, any RV components, personal vehicles, trailers, boats, other items stored here at the resort or anything belonging to your visiting guests.

FINALLY:

As a guest of Foster Lake RV Resort, I have read and understand these rules and conditions of the Resort. I agree to abide by these rules and conditions with the understanding that if I choose to not abide by them Foster Lake RV Resort has the right for immediate eviction without refund of any fees collected for the stay. Should I be evicted, I agree to remove my RV immediately. I agree to leave the RV site that I occupied in clean and habitable condition free of all trash and debris. I agree to abide by all terms of this agreement.

I agree to allow Foster Lake RV Resort to keep my credit card on file. If at the end of my stay there are expenses due to damages or unpaid fees I give my permission to charge the card on file.
